Course Map

The 5K course will take runners and walkers through the historic business district as well as downtown and Weymouth neighborhoods of Southern Pines. The course is on paved roads and includes rolling hills. One water/aid station will be available near the half-way mark.

A 1.5 mile short course will be available for walkers and dogs.

On the course, please be aware of your surroundings at all times. For safety reasons, the wearing of headphones is discouraged.

Dogs on the Course

Please consider the following rules to keep your dog and all participants safe. Dogs must be vaccinated, well-mannered and remain on a leash at all times. Dog water pans will be on the course at each mile marker and at the water/aid station. Please clean up after your dog while on the course and in the park.

Timing

On the Mark Sports will be providing computerized timing for runners, walkers and competitive dogs. Please make sure your bib number is visible at the finish line.
